A brand audit is a comprehensive review of your brand, messaging, and marketing efforts to identify the areas of strength and weakness along with opportunities for improvement. These are areas that we are often too close to see.
It will help you understand how to improve brand and marketing efforts to better connect with your target audience, differentiate from competitors, and drive business growth.

- Once your brand audit is purchased, you will receive an email with a link to gather more information.
- Within seven days of your information being received, you will receive
- a custom 15-20 minute video from Rita with an audit of your customer-facing areas
- a personalized checklist of recommended steps to take to improve the areas discussed
Brand Audit – Terms & Conditions
By signing this agreement, you (“Client”) agree to retain R Suzanne Creative LLC (“Service Provider”) to proceed with brand audit, packaged under Brand Audit, and agree to the terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement.
In this package, Service Provider agrees to provide a custom video and checklist of areas that need improvement to increase conversions.
Work will be performed at the offices of Service Provider, but occasionally may take place at other locations, as required. Work priority and scheduling will be at the discretion of Client. Work will normally occur between the hours of 12p to 4p EST.
It’s important to note, that a Brand Audit is a set of deliverables to include a video and checklist. However, results are dependent on the Client.
Payment for these services will be to Service Provider at the rate of $97 and will be due at the time of booking this appointment.
Services in addition to the intensive will be made available by Service Provider quoted based on job specifications and will be billed separately. Any expenses exclusive of normal overhead are not included in this agreement and will be billed separately. Examples of such expenses are: stock images, premium font licenses, and 3rd party application services.
The results of any and all work performed by Service Provider for Client, including original creative work, will remain the property of the Client. Client may use this material in any way deemed appropriate.
Your purchase is non-refundable, but you may transfer it to another brand with 1-day prior written notice.
